You can sign up for Daily and test our video call infrastructure and UI for free.
Go to https://www.daily.co and click Sign Up on the top-right corner, or go to https://dashboard.daily.co.
Enter your email and create a password, and click Sign up, or click on Sign up with Google.
In the onboarding screen, you will first be asked to verify your email.
Look for an email from help@daily.co with the subject line Verify your email to start using Daily. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder either, email help@daily.co for help.
In the email, click the Verify email button.
After you verify your email, choose a subdomain for your Daily account. The subdomain is used to create meeting rooms for your calls. For example, if your subdomains is solutions, then your room URLs will look like this: solutions.daily.co/room-name-here.
Note that once you integrate Daily into your app or website, your end users probably won't ever see the room URLs, so the subdomain does not matter from a branding or user experience point of view. It will only matter to your developers.
Enter a subdomain and click Choose subdomain. In step 3, you can click Start test call to create a test room and immediately join a video call on Daily Prebuilt.
Click End test call to move to the next step.
After testing a call, you can choose to navigate to Daily's developer documentation. Finally, you are taken to the Daily dashboard.
